A spacious area for toys within the vicinity of Panorama Mall. Nice to see some seasonal promos and special discounts esp that most of the toys are too pricey. Limited brands though and stocks are not refreshed or up-to-date like there's no Star Wars: Rogue One toys there.
Dusty and no one is on the shop floor to help. The toy selection is good and reasonably priced
Very very disappointing. The place is dusty with the poorest level of hygiene to a shocking level!! Filthy, dirty toys covered with loads of dust as if its a ghost land, and this state has been like this in all my visits to the place. Toys are stacked on top of each other as if its a warehouse. There's no staff in sight to serve customers. I hate it. When Regent Street in London is sometimes referred to as the home of Hamleys because of its legacy. This branch is a total disgrace to any legacy, franchise agreement can be easily cancelled.. and it should!
It has wide choices of toys for different ages and customs. A while ago kids can play with toys but not anymore, the store now is a bit ghosty.
The quality took a huge hit and there's a very rude Philippino guy named Jay or something with rude attitude issues.
It's a Really good toy store I got my nerf gun from there I totally recommend Hamleys!
Not the what you’d expect from Hamleys. Selection is poor, no variety, and much of the toys are in abused packaging. Too much space waisted on plush toys.
