Top Research Center for Petroleum in KSA. Great design by renowned Architect Hadid. Halls are used for Technical exhibitions too. Recently a big STC FUDEX 2018 event was held. It has its own residential area and a Solar power plant!. Near to Noura University and Metro Stations. And not to forget the only (?) American Baseball court in the region!
