The staff is very accommodating and they provide good advice. The prices were a little steeper than anticipated, but the quality of the cigars are very good. The pipe selection is one of the best I’ve ever seen. Their cigar selection size is moderate. I will definitely utilize their services again.

Good place to buy cigars and smoking pipes. Although, they don’t have much variety but still you will find good items. I went there to buy pipe tobacco they have a couple of items there. Check their website and contact before you go there.

Only one brand of cigars is available, but fortunately it's the best brand (Montecristo). If it were any other brand this shop might as well close down. The prices are a deterrent to a greater customer base. The shop keeper makes a late appearance instead of showing up before customers do. The shelves are empty. The location is a disaster, might have been strategically located 15 years ago, but as the city expanded it is now beyond a fiasco of reroutes and road blocks discouraging upper class citizens who mainly reside in northren Riyadh away from the traffic hell downtown. If only prices are properly adjusted and the merchandise is properly restocked this shop could become a landmark in its field. It will take one of two things to improve the situation, a change in shop management or a strong competition that will either motivate better service or knock it right off the market.

I visited this cigar shop yesterday, and it will be my last time. The service is absolutely terrible, and the prices are marked up. They operate like some overpriced crooks.
