This is the worst courier in the whole world! Until now I did not receive my shipment. They will only send you message that they will deliver but it will never come. I have heard all their reasons like RAINING! SYSTEM DOWN! Or like I didn't answer their call. Like excuse me? I'm the one even calling and sending emails but No good response. They keep on rescheduling but still never came. It's just that they have lazy drivers or they've lost my shipment somewhere.

When I faced bad experience with naqel delivery man. I complained to customer service center.they solved my issue very fast. very friendly and responsible customer care staff working in naqel . Thank you naqel express.
Very bad customer care service, they picked up my shipment on 13th of May, still didn't deliver to me, I am keep on calling on their numbers but no response, Very very disappointed
The worst ever,,, wrong delivery and poor customer service.. Poor quality. ARAMEX is better and professional. Must be out of the market. They can't do it

Poor tracking and service , customer service is there for one way communication. they never call or mail back with details. Courier guys never call before coming neither they send SMS on parcel out for delivery. online system looks like managed by Kids,my tracking shows picked on 01-JAN-1900 12:00 AM. This courier company should close the operation
