I purchased Homex Electric Kettle from SACO. The product becomes defective after 5 months. I went to SACO store for maintenance as it was under warranty. The SACO customer service representative refused to accept the product citing the reason that the warranty is for its internal electrical part not for the lid which is unable to close. I'm very much disappointed to SACO service that why they give warranty if the are refusing to give service for their under warranty items with original invoice.

Unfortunately SACO and HOMIX aren’t doing anything for me regarding my warranty. So why offer a warranty if you won’t back it?

They never contact you after the maintenance done. Initially when they received the item to be repaired they fill in all contact information to give the customer a call to collect repaired item. Unfortunately they never did
This place is a joke. Bad service by all means. They do not care about the customer and they try to blame him for anything. Bad experience never going to buy stuff from them as you will never get after sale service. خدمه سيئه للأسف.
