It used to be my favourite place. All of a sudden staff changed, service dropped to zero, no small sizes anymore. Even worse they tried to convince me that Feragamo do not do size 35. After they decided to check and bring a 35.5 pair they did not have socks. Too bad for such a great brand to hire people that hurt their image.
