Hello To whom it may concern, I reside in the company housing near Riyadh PP9, family section. I moved in with my family in 2014. Since moving in, there was no kitchen A/C unit and until now no kitchen AC has been brought in despite having to call and email housing maintenance many times over the years and being told lies that they will bring it in. Also my bathroom floor is rotting and they have shown zero concern. I don't know why we even pay rent there in a remote area and can't be offered any services. The place is unfit for humans to live and even stray dogs. Also the Mobily network tower is faulty and sometimes doesn't work for over 3 days. Did we somehow step into the 80s without mobile networks perhaps? The manager there limits our consumption of drinking water in 40C summer heat. Tells us not to use it for tea or coffee. There is no mail boxes for mail service to be delivered . You hired managers there that don't know how to use Microsoft word or common computer knowledge that any 10 year old has in school. You wonder why that place is falling apart? For the folks wondering why they are paying bills and them cutting off electricity? Well we too pay the bills yet our electricity gets cut off for hours when the electrical generator plant is only 5 mins away. We are Canadian family living here with 3 kids and you should be ashamed and embarrassed that you are neglecting your hard working employers. If you do not fix the basic issues in our housing apartment I will make sure to take my case to human rights, government officials, and social media. I don't recommend anybody especially from Western countries to work here unless you want to be treated like a slave from North Korea.
