Avoid coming here unless you have no choice. Systems are complicated for no good reason. Changing a ticket date even when willing to pay an extra fee is complicated. The year is 2021 and they can’t seem to fully digitize even when at their main office. For example, I want to change the return trip on my ticket but due to certain policies on the ticket I was told I would have to refund the ticket and issue a new one. Fine, I asked the agent to go ahead and do it. He said I have to go take a number again and wait my turn! I’m already sitting with the agent with the computer in front of him so why I do have to start all over again!? Love the airline but they really need to fix their backend systems because they seem to operate like a US DMV when it comes to handling tickets in person.
Need more organization by the security staff. Be prepared to wait for an average of at least 30 mins. Had to visit the office for refund and change of flights as this service was unavailable online foe some strange reason.
It takes too long to get the service, furthermore the employees would try their best to not serve you.
Place was crowded because of current circumstances. But nevertheless location is premium but not for airline office. Services ia always bad for Saudi airlines. It is even worst now. It equal online performance. Phone calls is the only options ( maybe because it is paid service)
Terrible service. No ones answering customer service, always a dead end. If youre a passenger of this airline then theres no hope youll just waste your energy contacting them for youre concerns.

Not very accommodating airline.we went there with my friend as saudia told me to go to their main office.we spent money just to come over but when we get there the person who is assigned outside don't want to accommodate us and only saudian who he gracefully accommodate ..very rude and poor customer service indeed.
