Overhiped and doesn't really care about the costumer's request they just serve what they have but another place like mama nourah gives you exactly what you ask for so sorry for any shawarmar fanboys like I don't mind eating their food but I am a picky eater sadly that's why customer service is important to me because I can't eat garlic because if I eat it I have to stay no joke at least half an hour in the toilet

Amazing shawarma. Parking is a big problem. Also it's crowded. Better to order using their mobile app and pay online and then go and pick the order when it's ready
