They can't handle orders on Fridays. Me and others had to wait over an hour and half to get our orders. We ordered via app and nothing on the app said it would take 2 hours!! Not to mention that when you get frustrated and want to cancel your order, you can't and you have to fill some sort of form to cancel and have your money back in god knows how long!

Last time a eat here was probably 5 years ago. & I have to say they are one of the old staples that kept there standards high. Was extremely happy with the food, quality. The salad bar took me to the old days. Really wow. & staff. Oh the staff were amazing.Wish I got the name of the gentleman who served us. He really deserves a shout out. Prices were a tad high. We didn't eat from the lunch menu but 500 SAR for 2 adults & a child is just a tad high. Although we really gone wild with the ribs
50 percent but taste like rubber, the order was done in 2 minutes and they said we will see if we have medium well because we prepared already well done , wow preparing steaks before ordering nice Gd customer service to be fair the server was gd although its take out
This is my most favorite restaurant ever so far. Seating is clean, comfortable. Servoce is amazing. The salad bar is my favorite part. The food is excellent taste.
Prices are too inflated for no reason. Meat is low quality and very old that’s why they need to use a pound of MSG to flavor it. Got an instant migraine. You would expect better quality seasoning and maybe fresher meat for that kind of high price. Also waiters are not friendly. There are better proper steakhouse resturants in riyadh. Food takes too long even when it’s not crowded. They are too cheap to even give you something to munch on while they are taking an hour to cook burgers. Meat is too bland... most of their salads are just full of cream and carbs something I can get for 1. Needs better selection of salads. You couldn’t pay me to go back inside again. Disappointing
I would like to thanks mr. Bader Alhakmy so much. He was so considerate and helpful. He solved the inconvenience I faced ordering online during the quarantine time. He truly made my day.
