First time to fly with Turkish Airlines and was really surprised how comfortable the flight was. Didn't need to book extra leg room as the seats and leg room were just perfect. Everyone had their own TV screen with own personal remote and little earphones were also supplied, had a choice of over 79 movie to watch. A meal was worth taking the longer route to get to our destination for the comfort alone and I wouldn't hesitate to do it again.

Respectable office and kind employees
Even one star is not enough unfortunately very bad experience with the staff I just met today 4-5.30 pm despite very few customers almost 3 . the lady was so so so slow not professional yet to deal with customer gave wrong information with arguments and. The man called Omar looks like senior staff but unfortunately Also not supported neither to the customer nor to the lady under training It will be my last visit to deal with this office till the personal staff modified or educate show to deal hope the Turkish Airlin pay attention for the reviews and complain to maintain their reputation
Turkish airlines customer service is very unsupportive when it comes processing refunds. Their phone lines are bad and I have to call them many times and when they connect they ask me to contact the local sales office which does not give any solution. They just keep playing between call center and regional office. I have wasted 10 days behind this and hundreds of riyals on calling their call center. I wish a responsible officer to look at this.
