Very low service. Rude workers and zero professionalism. Even no line to complain. Customer service is not even bad it just doesn’t exist at all. They don’t care you paid for express shipping they will still send your pack with carrier pigeons. And no they don’t know how to find your complete address in maps and just deliver. They will say not enough info. Though my address and complete and official. And as you see no one cares even to respond to unsatisfied clients who are a lot here. So avoid this “service” as much as you can

Bad company. A lot of delay without any reason
This review is not for this particular branch as they helped me find where real issue was. The whole service team is an utter disappointment. My goods have been shipped since the 3rd of September, customs have cleared and up until now on the tracking site says awaiting release from clearance agency. The whole problem is that nobody is bothered to serve a customer, this is literally unprofessional and it brings down the reputation of the company. You wouldn’t want your worst enemy to go through UPS. Service level is way below the normal. Am just disgusted by them
I gotta give it to them the best at being the worst like 10 out of 10 would recommend to a guy that thinks ups ain't bad Let's start off by customer service again absolutely amazing at being rude and also giving false information The company itself who takes 20 days to pass customs while also not being stuck at the border 20 days if I went there walking never mind if I go crawling I'd get it by now Btw i paid 300 sr for them to take 30 a month to ship a 5kg item that was supposed to be next day shipping or something.
Great guys, very friendly. Fast service and location is kept super clean. The coffee/tea machine for the customers is a plus.
