The nail artist was very rude and did a horrible job. she “accidentally” put super glue with alcohol on my hand and nails which left them harsh and sticky!!! I said why did you add alcohols and super glue it’s very harsh on my skin she said I didn’t.... hello I can see. I told the manger and she said that’s odd and continued walking. Honestly I’ve never had such worst experiences.

I’ve been their client since it first opened back in 2016. My favorite nail spa in town! Excellent staff , friendly, professional and polite! Reasonable price range compared to other places I’ve stopped trying any new place since I first tried Verni’s.

If you're looking for a bloody overpriced manicure that takes 2.5 hours to finish and chips in two days, this is definitely the place for you. Idk if the positive reviews are old and they changed or if those people don't have any standards l, but I was beyond disappointed. Don't let the pictures deceive you.

Very slow and rude manicurists she was arguing with me about the nail polish I chose because she didn’t like it! And she was really fussy all the time and talking to her friend! The other manicurists who did my feet was Ok but she hurt my toe for 5 days by cutting the cuticle deeply. To be fair the receptionist was nice but never coming back again
My favorite nail spa!! By far the best in Riyadh Everyone is really great and the receptionists are very nice specially Ghada and Amira!
