the photos does not represent the actual place and there is dust smell on the furniture you can tell that you were scammed the moment you get in apartment the doors are old and the paint needs to be renewed the shower is terrible and the price is exaggerated for the service this is my first and last time visting this place my skin got irritatied be cause of there bed sheets which tells me they don't wash it well .

Economically, peaceful location, no restaurant in hotel, however plenty of restaurants at 7 minutes drive, hotel service is okay.. rooms /apartments in good condition. However rooms are slightly smaller than normal size...
This hotel is one of the best in Riyadh... Very near to Airport... It's located in Al Falah, opposite to Emam University, Riyadh... The room service is excellent, they clean the room whenever requested... The receptionist has a very warm welcome attitude... The rooms are having free space... 24 hours hot water, free WiFi, and WiFi speed is fantastic...
Good but I went there for my electric work
The place lacks hygiene from all levels. Although considerably to their neighboring hotel/apartments, this was the better choice for 3 star hotel/apatment. The only good things was staff members from front desk, kitchen and lobby were helpful and accommodating to the best abilities.
