Very good theatre experience. The theatre halls are small. There is kids hall and IMAX also. Went there to see the Tamil movie Master and the theatre was empty. We were only 2 person to see the movie. Even though they play the movie on time. Due to COVID 19 the seating has been made maintaining distance. Every 2 seats are kept empty. There is a children play area near the theatre.

Theatre maintenance and cleanliness is good. Pandemic situation regulations are followed as per rules. Expecting little fast billing in snack counter at the time of interval. We are missing around 10 minutes if we plan to buy snacks.
The cinema is beyond excellent. Atmosphere is very calming, cleanliness is up to the mark and the popcorn are fresh. A favourite place to watch any movie.
Lovely design and cinemas. But staff lacks training, the location is not too crowded but the staff are slow and disinterested in serving customers which causes long lines and groups of people. Staff are not following or enforcing social distancing. Spoke to someone called Fahad who said he was the cinema manager. He recommended that if we didn’t like VOX we should go and visit AMC instead.
Just went there for the popcorn. The staff are the most professional and welcoming. The popcorn is fresh and delicious.
Nice design and atmosphere. With good customer experience as well. There are some games areas for kids.
The cinema itself is amazing BUT WHY WOULD YOU PLACE IT NEXT TO THE amusement park ( not sure if it’s considered an amusement park) its so loud and there is alot of kids running around especially in the weekends I recommend going to any other cinema
When I booked a ticket online for tomorrow Monday 4th and I pressed (tomorrow) after I got my tickets it says it was for the date Tuesday 5th...... I emailed vox cinemas but they replied after 7 hours (i had a chance to refund my tickets within 2 hours after booking) i didnt know that until I saw the email
