This place need more staff to have better customer service, but overall its not bad at all, nice smiling staff, clean theaters with nice sound system. The mall is actually very practical having hypermarket in it with few more different small shops/restaurants can make movies night even more productive. I love spending time in this place rather than other theaters in larger malls, it is time saving.

Visited on 01-01-2021 The roof mall - Vox cinemas 8 screens are there. Separate counters and automatic kiosks machine are there. Food court and dining also. Here Lulu supermarket is very big and big car parking is also available in underground. We can get all quality items here They mentioned like Al Yasmin Riyadh Lulu hypermarket. They sanitise each and every trolly in entrance. In entrance one automatic temperature checking machine is available with your video.

For the first time in my life, I entered a cinema in my country after more than fifty years of age, it was a beautiful and elegant experience in every sense in terms of organization, service and even prices, taking into account the required social distancing. One note that I make is the lack of multiple movie options. I will definitely repeat this experience with other (bigger) cinemas and with my family who enjoyed it so much.

Good location, easily accessible, parking available, showrooms are small, what so call VIP is is only a higher row, no value added except the seat position against the screen. No 3D, less sound effects, a classical choice for a classical movie.
