Update 23-Feb-2020 I received a call from Mr. Omar for my subject. He excused for previous discussions that I had with the staff and offered to refund the remaining amount of down payment. I received all amount of my deposit after Mr. Omar’s call. My ranking was 3 star for the compound and additional 1 star for Mr. Omar’s kind approach. Previous Comment: It was three (3) stars during living in the compound. Furniture quality is high but no light inside apartments. Windows are seriously small. Except closed swimming pool remaining facilities are below average. So, the reason for one (1) is coming after leaving the compound. They made a serious deduction from the deposit like below, 1-\tThey cut 74 sqm carpet price from a 22 sqm room. 2-\tThey cut full price of 2 seat sofa since only one arm was moving little. 3-\tThey cut full interior painting price since only one room had to be painted. All these are been documented with e-mail traffic and can be shared if requested.
Inside infra is excellent. Cafeteria is not yet opened. Peaceful. Good security. Basement is a mess. No exhaust full of dust and suffocating. Beyond the boundary, there is nothing. You must have car.
the apartments are really nice but the football pitch and basketball pitch are in the worst quality ever.the compound overall is decent but could easily be better
Yamami is your worst nightmare; come true. Its run by people who are oblivious to decency and professionalism. Its monthly flooding of sewage water in the basement parking renders the place unhygienic and a safety hazard. The stench of this water will reach your apartment regardless of the floor. When you leave, they will find a way to not refund the security deposit. They will never reply to emails, not answer their phones, and leave you clueless why your money was not refunded. If you are contemplating moving there, you have been warned.
Very good
This is nothing but a dump beyond the four walls of the apartment perhaps. The restaurant has never opened since over two years and the mini-mart on premises are thieves. Not to mention there was a municipality raid few months ago when their mini-mart and the restaurants were sealed for health and safety concerns
