staff not helpul they just passing time and behaviour not good with ezpats especially

I will give negative . Because the staff is not working fast . I can see it when the one is finish . The staff is taking too long to call another number . 1 person takes 40 to 1 hour sit . And the fastest person takes 15-20 minutes.
I paid my bill yesterday and he didn't give any invoice and I call the costumer care and nothing happened he said that he don't have access to this branch.. my bill was 171.34 sar postpaid.. and now I need to go to the branch also its useless to call the costumer care they didn't do anything to solve the issue atleas they need to try until they say no to the costumer!!!
i am very disappointed the staff today...since we have a curfew now start at 3pm, then i go to zain at 1:30pm but the staff doesn’t entertain me and he said i need to comeback tomorrow with no reason why?. i go to zain because i paid my internet last tuesday for the package of 140sr with 10gb and unlimited social media, the 10gb is not enter in my number that is the reason why i go back to zain

Always face bad behaviour
Bad service last 2 days before we gave documents to update, they didn’t submit head office to update. Due to that my number was disconnected 3 days.
Nice branch, not too big, yet it provides all services.
