It’s a nice and clean place. My daughter was so excited and happy.
I got my cat neutered at the clinic when she was 8 months old. Mashallah Doctor Saad is amazing and the sutures he used healed so fast and hardly left a scar behind. My cat got a little feverish after the surgery but Doctor Saad gave her an antibiotic and she was back to normal in no time el7amdullah. Overall it was a very good experience and everyone at the clinic was helpful and professional.

You will find many kinds of birds, rabbits, cats and dogs. Price is not fixed, the workers there just guessing it. Some of pets are not for sale but they are in showroom. Pets cubes are not clean and smelly.
One of the worst experiences at a veterinary I have ever experienced. I brought my dog in on Wednesday night for her to get spayed, and they told me her surgery would be on Thursday night. They told me she would be kept an extra day (Friday) and would be released and I could puck her up on Saturday Morning. I had been calling and texting them for 2 days prior to me coming to the clinic on Friday night to check up on her, and no one had been answering my calls or telling me what her status was. When I came to the clinic on Friday night, I came to find that my dog had been completely neglected FOR 2 WHOLE DAYS. SHE HAD NOT HAD ANYTHING TO DRINK OR EAT FOR 2 WHOLE DAYS!!! They also had the nerve to tell me that the doctor who was supposed to do the surgery had travelled on Wednesday night AND THEY DIDNT FEEL THE NEED TO CALL ME OR TELL ME THAT WHEN I HAD BEEN CALLING THEM FOR 2 DAYS AND NO ONE REPLIED TO ME!!! They do not have any responsibility towards the animals they have nor towards their owners either. I hope no one goes to this clinic because the amount of unprofessionalism that they have is unfathomable. I truly truly wish that no one comes here because they absolutely suck.
