Very very very poor and bad performance for the customer service we came yesterday to open new account we came at 2:49pm he said he will not accept us because they will closed at 3pm and now we come again at 2:05 what the lazy man told he cannot entertain us because opening account will tale 25mins and buy 3pm they will pray. WTH??? It still 2:05pm you still have 55mins to do it but u choosed not to because of your laziness tha management must take an action for this if you don't lile to work your free to leave that company your disgusting to that image of that company!!!! And it's time of ramadan you must be doing good!!!!

customer service was terrible, i had to wait 2 hours to create a new account. The workers also kept mocking me

جيت اغير تاريخ القسط من هجري لميلادي كي يتوافق مع نزول الراتب الموظف اللي مدري وش اسمه سوالي سالفه يقول على شان نغير التاريخ لابد و ان نجدول التقسيط مره ثانيه طيب ok جدول بدء يشتغل على الجدوله ههههههه قال تفضل قسطك الان 7000 ريال وخلال 6 شهور منتهي اقساط ، قلت انت غبي ولا وش ماتفهم اللحين قسطي الفين وخمس وجةيك اغير تاريخ تقولي القسك يصير كذا تهاوشت معه و طلعت وقدمت شموى والظاهر غيرو مكانه
