This is ONLY good travel Agency in Riyadh. I’ve tried many other travel agencies but Al Sarh Travel and Tourism is the best. I came here to book a seat on a chartered flight to India and the service was quick, easy and professional. Very well maintained, clean and spacious building. Professional, well mannered and dressed staff. All my queries answered. Amazing after sales customer service. Proper updates of flights were being provided through out till the date of the flight. Although, tickets are provided 24 hours before the flight. All of my questions were professionally answered through their WhatsApp support. Passenger WhatsApp group was created where this agency was giving us regular updates on our upcoming Flight. All in all, this is best agency to book your tickets especially for chartered flights. A big thumbs up from my side .
