Very bad treating,They didn't give exact building upon giving appointment, we had to be searching from one building to another, with all the impossibilities to find a parking in this area, Employees very rude they don't bother to give good information, just turn their back and go, after the miracle of reaching the designated building, out of 8 receptionist one was only available , Horraayy another 15 minutes of waiting for nothing... Expected much more from such a hospital where mostly you have to pay all services in cash unless you had the insurance of a president.... Not advised at all.

Poor service, poor facility, i don’t recommend it at all.

Poor service at the front counter , you have to spend minimum of 2 hours ( appointment time 1:15 we go out at 3:15 ) Dr did not explain enough info l it seems the counter staff did not raise the blood request until we call the insurance then after that we wait for 2 hours time !!!

This 5 stars is for Dr.Bandar Alabd Alkareem. May Allah bless him. A very keen doctor with high reputation and very humble attitude. First visit to his OB/Gyn clinic. Knowledgeable clinician ma shaa Allah.

الاستشارين ممتازين بس العمل الاداري فااااااشل المواعيد تنسيقهم فاااااشل تحجز موعد 5 مثلا تشوف الدكتورة 7 عاادي مهب مزه مرتين كثثثير الدكتوره يسجلون لها انتظار وعدنها مواعيد فل ثم فجاه تطلع عمليات همكم فلوس بس !!؟ طيب وصحه المريض بالانتطار منلطع عادي !؟
