A warning to those who want to buy .. Ask about the return policy .. I previously bought a hamster for 280 riyals, and it was returned to the store less than half an hour after the purchase .. And the return was refused, except for the amount of 150 riyals .. And the dealership of the shop owner was uncivilized despite our being customers We have been in possession of the shop for 5 years, but the good thing became clear to us that the management of the store dealt in order to go to other stores to know the big difference in the after-sales service. There are many distinct stores in the same neighborhood and neighboring neighborhoods that accept returns for the first day .. So advice is to ask about the return policy before purchasing ..

The veterinary of the shop was really bad, his work was not professional, his disease diagnose was wrong, and he wanted to give my pet bird an injection! No bird can handle any injection. He told me that my bird had no canker, after that I checked and found out that he had canker. He told me that the pet bird was going to die and that is so unprofessional, the pet bird is getting better by the medicine I took for canker. I think that the veterinary in the shop wasn’t for birds, I think he was just for dogs and cats, I hope you don’t let the veterinary treat any more birds!!

My experience with them was very bad, untrained workers and they almost caused a dog injury when bathing and the problem the owner said this only what can we do in a bad manner .... I strongly recommend not to use their grooming service

This place is not a pet store. It's much more. It looks like a mini zoo. Much more options than what a normal pet sore has. Lots of variety of mammals, birds, dogs. Most surprising was to see snake as well. Must visit for pet lovers.
