Last weekend I placed an order on TALABAT for Karam Express and they cancelled my ordered after 15 minutes !!!! WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!! shame on Karam Express ... I would request TALABAT to kick out Karam Express from their list . This happened with teh Al Nahda branch of KAram Express which is before LULU on khurais road

After trying this place for several times, I can comfortably say they have terrible customer service, and I will never buy from this place again. Just an example about their pathetic customer service, last time I was there ordering my food to go, I specifically ordered a can of diet Pepsi because I saw they have it in the fridge, but when they handed me the food they gave me a cup from the fountain that I don’t like, so I explained that I ordered the can, they informed me although they have cans available in the fridge but they will not sell it to me because it’s exclusively for delivery orders, I explained that my order is take-away, but they answered that take-away is not considered delivery. I bought take-away food several time from the same guy at this store, and he still couldn’t accommodate my simple request while he has a fridge behind him full of cans. I simply told him I will either get the Pepsi can or nothing, he didn’t even care or apologized. So I simply left the place and will never go back again; they just lost a regular customer.
