Great staff, Doctor Anton is second to non and his assistant JJ is also a great contributor to their establishment. Never had direct contact with the owner, however he has been very reasonable and catered to our needs when we really needed it. 5 years with them and counting.

This website is just great and prices are good except for few items. Deleviry service is fast bit they might forget an article.
I left my dogs for 2 nights there and informed them that I will be picking my dogs on Sunday. Came to pick up my dogs, they smelled bad, they had poop on their fur and weren't showered!! How is it possible for dogs to smell bad in 2 days?? Makes you question the quality and cleanliness of the place!! Never again!!
Shelter is open with really bad environment , no doctor present every time I visited, adoption is closed which you can not adopt any poor pets, furthermore people leave their pets paying a whooping 60 SAR per night to keep their animals in a good caring environment with a medical care but what is found is the absolute contrary of what is promised or paid for, pets are kept outdoor in the heat of summer and under the burning sun, be careful of who you give your pets to.
