My experience with the first maintenance was very good. The employee who attended me was very respectful. Everything was fast. I am very satisfied with the service.

Possible one of the worst service centers across all car brands. Takes minimum 2 weeks o find an appointment, and even when the car is taken not everything is checked. For example, I took my car recently to get it maintained (oil change) however, after two weeks my breaks started squeaking, they needed to be changed while the service center did not even mention that the breaks were obsolete. Anyhow, i requested my breaks to be changed and they said that i would have to pay, then 2 weeks later my breaks would arriver, and then i would have to book an appointment which would take another 2 weeks ... so basically they want you to drive around with no breaks for 1 month or just don’t drive. The problem is you cant find Haval breaks anywhere else ! Although Haval cars are great price/value propositions, after sales services are horrendous. Good luck !

Customer service guy is very keen to work, since the company sells more cars ,I suggest to expand service centre to avoid long waiting times.

Very bad they don’t even recpect there clients I came on Thursday after I call their number the The call center says that I can go directly to the branch to complete the process. I reach there the employee told me to come on Saturday, when I came , one of the Mechanical welcoming me with very bad attitude.

The parts are so expensive compared to the car price. Employees are not professional at all! They ignore your calls and wouldn’t let you know when will you get your car. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone.
