I don’t recommend this center! After calling them on their no: 920022717 they put me on a hold for about ten minutes and no reply! Then i have sent a message and no reply since five hours ago! They are not professional center!

Very Bad center, especially the Emergency department. Staff nurses are not professional, I am very sick and yet the nurse lady the old one shouting at me, very unprofessional. No compassionate with the clients. Not recommended the doctor is very fast giving medicine without asking my case.
The New Al sahafa Medical Center is not like the old one. The staff are friendly, accomodating and well trained.The ER set up is very convenient and provides privacy to both male and female patients.

Extremely bad and inexperienced reception staff, unfriendly, busy with their phones, too slow in serving people, have no appointments, and NEVER have change for who pay in cash! I also don’t know why they use their noisy vacuum while the patients are there!!!! The simple advice is just not to go their, it’s a hospital not a jail to treat people like that!!!!!!!!
I visited Dr. Wael at the Dental Department and he's one of the best doctors whom i've dealt with all thanks to the center for choosing doctors with high competencies
