The systems wasn’t fair for other nationalities And the stuff wasn’t train well in terms of handling the guests their not even have waiting area for those people they tell to wait in hours of hours... very disappointing. And the Saudi fat guy doesn’t have any respect or he was so disrespectful he was asking so much malicious things and he is so unprofessional uneducated person i ever meant.
If you know how to drive go there , if you don’t know how to drive don’t go there . It is as simple as this
Was there for 10 minutes to renew my license. Although the process was quick the employee was rude and angry for no reason. Extremely unprofessional.
Worst place ever the employees are very unprofessional and rude especially the security guard he is racist and behaves very rudely with everyone he should be immediately fired from his job he doesnt know how to even behave with the elderly person i wouldnt recommend anyone to visit here if you want to get license go somewhere else
i have visited there twice. one to get my new driving licence it was very bad experience, as the instructors were very rude and unprofessional. second time when i lost my driving licence and wanted to re issue the card. second time its even worst they do not speak any other language other then Arabic, they dont know how to guide a person regarding his needs. even i find them very confused regarding the documentation needed. they really need some professional training.
A place of disgust that is not suitable for anything, and the employees are a failure, they do not come with any information to the student, and on top of that you will pay 600.25 riyals as if you threw it in the toilet
