Mobily company operated outlet, here you get data Sims and other regular Sims, according to regulations , finger prints are taken before issueing Sims, I don't think there is a finger facility here but, maybe they have other method, usually these people are out of stock for all good promotional data bundles being a small outlet, other outlets of mobily company has many package to choose from, enjoy calling !

Paid money for 100GB data 10 days back and still waiting to get the package activated! Horrible service. Useless guys in call center as well as in office. Doesn't know what to do, how to do or even how to talk! Using mobily since june 2017 and recharging it every month. Still they don't know how to treat their regular customer. Contacted customer care centre 6 times in 10 days n visited this particular mobily office twice. But no use!!!

Comparing it to other mobile service providers, the staff is not very rude, and they can speak Arabic and English. Customer service guys usually try to help the customers.
Service is good, but they drank my money prior to cancel postpaid service..
