Let me introduce you to the biggest RIP-off as far as mattress stores go, they act all nice inside and sure they have some pretty big brand names but as soon as they take your money don't expect much to happen after that. They have very poor custmer service and they never call back nor do they belive in time. Honestly dont know how they got to be distubers for such big brands.

مع الاسف مرتبة سعرها بالالاف وظهرت بها مشاكل عديدة وعند مراجعة الفرع تحججو بالكثير من الاعذار ورفضو استبدالها .. سياسة الضمان غير واضحة وتدفع قيمة الاستهلاك لكل سنة استعمال .. اسلوب البائع قبل البيع وبعده فرق كبير جدا يجعلك تشك في قدراتك العقلية .. اعطيهم الف نجمة بالسالب

لا أحد ينغش منهم: ١/ اذا فيه سوائل على المرتبة ما راح يعتبرونها تحت الضمان ٢/ راح يغرونك بكلمة على المرتبة ضمان ١٠ سنوات لكن نصيحة لا تصدقهم لأن لو المرتبة في الضمان راح تدفع قيمة استهلاكية (بمعنى اذا المرتبة لها تسع سنوات مشتريها و تبغى يسوون عليها صيانة راح تتكفل بقيمة ٩٠٪ بالمية من قيمة المرتبة)! ٣/ الصيانة سيئة ٤/ خدمة ما بعد البيع سيئة

جودة المراتب عالية و يوجد بها اكثر من نوع تتفاوت أسعارها من الغالي للمناسب حسب مواصفات المرتبة. لو كان المحل اكبر لكان افضل.
