I called your customer service for 23 minutes, no one is answering. I just logged in to my account from a different device and you suspended my account. What is so suspicious if I am writing the correct mobile number, ID number and password?

I regret using this online money transfer. This is the worst customer service i experienced. Most of the agents dropped the calls and they keep telling different answers. They are not willing to give solutions and they are giving me a hard time to get a refund and they are not customer oriented company. Using STC PAY is a not a good idea in terms of international transfer.

I would like to warn against using STC pay, which has the worst customer service I have seen. I sent approximately 2500 SAR on 12/12/2020 and the money has not reached the beneficiary's account as of 25/02/21. The worst part is when I call customer services some of then hang up on me without listening to my problem and they also sometimes lie about the money recaching there with 3 days. I have opened a ticket(363869) but never receive an update from them which means have to keep calling to ask about my money. I'm calling stc pay customer care service from past 2 months everytime i call them they will give same answer we will get back to you it's been already more then 2 months now . Do not trust your hard earned money with them, STAY AWAY! NOT EVEN 1 STAR

I wish I could have negative 5 stars for the worst money sending APP from KSA. They put my transfer on hold for one week for additional documents. I provided the documents same day but they did not release the transfer. Everytime I contact on helpline they simply say that we updated your request and it will resolve soon. Please never use this App

I have been trying to reach their customer service and after I wait for long time auto message told me that I'll get call back and try to call again and same thing happen. Their number isn't free so I'm wasting time and money

Dear STCPAY, I have added 1000 Riyals from my AlRajhi Bank to my STC Wallet on 17-Feb-2021 but amount has been debited from my AlRajhi bank and not credited to STC Wallet. Contacted both AlRajhi and STC support team but there is no any proper solution to this issue. Even STC chat support team also not able to resolve my issue. Kindly do the needful.
