Very nice place and location but the door must be change from left to right when opening
The car is amazing with a few concerns but the staff don’t know the functionalities of the car features and specifications which leave bad and negative impact. Also the branch manager is not honest and indirect, doesn’t have the basic skills for customer service and not paying attention to your questions and concerns. I would advise Almotawakel to either train these staff on these lacks or replace them with more professional staff to compete better in this tough market. Thank you

Visited the car shop, they are busy but treat you well. They listen to all your concerns and addressed it well. My car out of warranty but I think I will still drop it to them for routine maintenance.
