I didn’t go there because the way they talk to me I booked an appointment for two different Patients and they called me 3HRS before my appointment I didn’t answer because I was sleep when I woke up I was surprised that they canceled my appointment I called them 1HR before my appointment they talk to me in very very disrespectable way telling me that is my mistake because I didn’t answer (3HRS BEFOR) I we’ll never go there . My advice for them show some respect when you talk to people we going to pay money we’re not coming for free انا متاكد انها العيادة الصحيحة وانا فعلا ماجيتكم بسبب اسلوب تعاملكم واذا شفت كلام الناس عنكم في التعليقات وعن طريقة تعاملكم راح تتاكد انها العيادة الصحيحة

استقبال الواتس سيء جداً وغير مسئول ، ولايتعاملو باحترافية ، والمفروض ان الاستقبال هو واجهة المركز ، ويحسسوك انك ماتفهم عربي ، مرة يقول لك مكتوب في الرد الالي ومرة يقول لك اذا الرد آلي يعني آلي ، يعني يمسكو لك اخطائك في الاسئلة ، واخرتها والمدهش والعجيب انهم يعملو بلوك ( حظر ) على جوالك ، ولمن اتصلت على الثابت وطلبت المسئول ماوصلو لي الخط ولا أحد اتصل علي . وسلامتكم اخي الكريم صاحب الرد ، هل الرد الالي يقوم بعمل بلك ( حظر ) ، بالمناسبة عندي رقم الثابت وطلبت اتكلم مع المسئول لكن مع الاسف ماوصلوني ،،،،
