I had am experience when they opened the terminal first as They call the flights very late . I arrived to gate and they closed the door. I list the ticket. I spoke to the supervisor of the airport telling him the flight still did not take off and i am only late 3 min. His only concern was just to prove he is not wrong. He called every one telling them to say I was late and its not their mistake!!!! It's was very bad experience and I lost the ticket as it was non refundable!! It's the worst airport ever

Today its officially the first day its open again for international flight after Corona Virus, it was traveling to Yanbu and I really experienced something Huge and fancy comparing with the old Al Fursan Lounge, the welcoming staff, the great view, the luxury furniture, the foods the equipment and chargers in seats, the high speed wifi, all is outstanding and gives the best feelings before catching your flight to next destination, hats off guys & Girls on ground and extended to the Top Management for the great job ️

Well done King Abdulaziz International Airport. It is 360 degree change. New Airport is comparable to any world class Airport. Although a bit confusing for parking entrance and exits due to new user but overall a job well done. Amazing lounges and services now.

I would give them 3 stars instead of 5, seriously you are in the new JED Airport terminal 1, and the furniture is lil 10 years old!!

Building and infrastructure is great but no proper guidance provided for access to the services. Parking fee payment machine is there but no clear notification about where to pay.
