Very very very bad service. Manipulated to take the washer to their workshop \to work on it\. then told me that it will cost 900 SR and the new one is less than 2000 and the issue is with capacitor that is not even 100 SR . Then when I ask for returning they said I have to pay 180 SR service charge even tough they did nothing tried to rob and not informing before hand by any mean!!!!! stay away from them. Any beko product or Media !
