No customer service, waited for more then 15 mints on Samsung counter to inquire about a phone i wanted to buy.. But unfortunately never seen such a service.. Extra must work hard on customer services. Samsung must also take a note on this..

No surprise! Fake discounts as always. I have bought a pointer which is available in other electronic stores with an original price that even less than or same discounted eXtra items! Also customer service is very modest!

Used to be my favourite place for electronics, but not anymore. Their service is no longer up to good standards. Some employees are very unfriendly. Last time I been there I was ripped off. I was tricked into paying for something I didn't ask for, and they refused to return it. After-sale service is rubbish. Staff is unfriendly and unhelpful, and if you file a complaint to the admins, the admins close your complaint even before they open it. The guy in the admin was rude and insolent. Jarir or Amazon are waaaay better

The worse. Dont buy anything from thrm. Online or in store. I bought a laptop online. Delivery date was promised after 3weeks. I got the laptop 2 months and 5 days. I wanted to return it and it was also a big hassle. It was not even delivered to my house. Saudi post called me to tell me to pick it up my self. Stick to amazon guys. Trust me
