The technicians gave me 1 remote and said this is what included with the door machine..after months I went to the office ask for other remote and they told me the technicians should give you 2 remote.! Now they ask for 160 SR for the second remote. After calling the customer service they said we can't do any thing for you.!

After sales service is very bad.
Unfortunately , the new Automatic Doors are lower quality than the old ones especially the Motors that operate the doors?? Maintenance is not done on time and you have to call them a hundred times and all you hear is promises without result . This is happening to me for the second time and their response is careless and very slow (to fix the door chip board it takes over one month and if you don’t call them. They will never call you ??) - AlMoosa has to fix this problem soonest
Bad after sale service stay away....I am planning to replace my door because of the frequent malfunctions and bad services. Alkhubar branch .
Tried to get a quotation from them three times and every time they skip the site appointment. When I call their office the person who responds gives assuring messages but it seems the field personnel are totally disconnected. I received similar feedback from a friend who contacted them recently for a quotation. Personnel should be held accountable for driving customers away to nearby competitors.
