The best Papa John’s pizza restaurant I have ever tried. Clean, Fast, and Excellent customer service. Many thanks to Mr. Edwin and his team for the outstanding work. However, I really don’t recommend the other shift.

Chicken Ranch is the best
Papa John's is my favourite place when thinking of pizza This is is the 1st time I tried here in Saudi Arabia. The quality of food not same like dubai but acceptable. The 3 star is only for food. Service is the one that make Me feel not to go back to this branch. Because the Philippino cashier was very rude and aggressive.
This branch mostly serves for take away orders. And it's close the internal main road. You can drive thru it and grab your pizza.

I love papa john's pizza, and i am a regular customer as i consider it the best pizza out of all the chains. However, it was my first time visiting this branch and it will certainly be the last. As i walk in to the restaurant i see no one there to assist, i had to say excuse me multiple times so the employee could come out from the kitchen. They did not inform me they did not have the garlic sauce in the resturants. As i placed my order, the pizzas were fresh but they tasted bland. Not sure if its because there was no garlic at the restaurant or not. I have got BBQ chicken pizza, i swear to you there was no way you can tell if there is any bbq sauce on it. All i tasted was the pizza sauce. Since they did not have the garlic sauce i have informed them that i wanted a replacement of a bbq, ranch sauce instead and they have refused untill we talked to the manager. To sum up, I would prefer for you to visit their other branches because the food and customer service their is way better.

The guy name was rashid who was handling delivery’s order since he left the branch the delivery response become zero he was really Quick guy. Now even nobody responding to the call.
