Shipment is Delayed for 5 weeks( till now) and when i called them. Their solution is to buy new sit of equipment from them till shipment arrives ( i know right!!) When you call them it is not clear who is responsible for your order. It is very common that you call someone from them, then another one calls you to follow up, however, responsibilities are lost between them.
