For our our money we need to beg this quickpay bank for to proceed our request. Very poor system

Rude behaviour of staffs. Seats are empty inside but they are forcing people to stay in sun.
They didn't even assist me on changing my password on my ATM Card. Coz i forgot it. They just said sorry but the Saudi guy doesn't want to do it.
Never open account to this bank, I open account last june 2019 and i made my 1st transaction that day sending money to the philippines, And the following transaction was every end of the month by receiving my salary, using the card to buy in stores, and also sending money last month january 2020, but now february 27, 2020 i receive my salary to my NCB quickpay card and suddenly i cant withdraw it, so i go to their branch to ask what happen..they said my account was blocked because im not sending money for the past 8 months, They told me that i have to send all the money to philippines before they can activate my card again.. Thats why I argued with their branch manager, I ask them why they are forcing me to send money and they are choosing the amount for me. Then i said i have to pay something in the kingdom i cannot send all the money and alsk because i need money for the rest of my staying in kingdom while waiting for my day of my exit. .. They said its not their problem anymore, if i want i can get a lawyer and sew them, and they can also take my money from my account.. They threatened me, thats why i force to do what they want.. I suggest to my fellow expatriates to not open account to this bank. They are so greedy and the services was so bad.
