The reception was very bad, my reservation was confirmed at 9 pm, where we were two persons me and my friend. We arrived at the place at 9:10, meaning 10 minutes late, the receptionist said your reservation was canceled without even knowing my name. I asked him so what we have to do. He said simply you late you can't enter and another customer is inside. Also he refused to give me the direct manager number as well, and I was really angry of his attitude. When we insisted on our position, he asked us to sit down and he would solve the issue and let us enter after 20 minutes. It was very bad experience, lack of respect and professionality. To be honest the staff inside were very welcoming, friendly and professional unlike the reception.

I enjoyed the moroccan bath & one of the message sessions was good but the second one was horrible (the masseur was talking too much and he asks lots of creepy questions) the towels weren’t clean; the surface was little oily & damp! I tried changing mine but found all of them were in the same condition!
