This is the best branch for Alrajhi bank in alhasa I think , customer service are hard workers the place is tidy and so organized the branch manager is active and is keeping eye on everything going around and he is making sure that everything is going well despite taking a long time for doing service, but I am thanks for everyone working here

حاجه واحده مش فاهمها ليه لازم اخد ميعاد عشان افتح حساب مع ان البنك بيكون فاضى !!!
حاولت فتح حساب في البنك الرد علي الهاتف يشترطوا الحضور للبنك لفتح الحساب من دون اعطاء اي معلومات عن الشروط، وعند الذهاب للفرع يقولون بياناتك ناقصة . المفروض الرد علي الهاتف يجاوب علي الاستفسارات كاملة دون الحوجة للذهاب للفرع وتكبد المشوار.
