Just a warning for everyone planning to deal with Yusr, they have the worst customer service (if you plan to go to their branches) but they are very good at following up dues if you fail to pay (they are trained to harass you over the phone as if you stole the car from them). They don’t care about what you need from them, no electronic receipts of payment, etc. Their cuing system is also a mess. It will take 6 hours of waiting time, 2 prayer times, and the number will barely move. It gets stuck and NO one is able to help. Imagine, they cannot even give me a copy of my istimara after 3 years! I keep going to their branch and they will 100% fail to help, you get out after more than 6 hours of waiting time, with nothing. By 4pm, all employees are rushing home and security will drive everyone away, asking them to come back next day. This is NOT acceptable! We have other work to do! I hope I checked the reviews here first and did not get a car through them if I only knew how things will be. Calling out the owners of this company.

Very Very Bad experience. I tried to transfer a car to my name and it took more than 20 days and still counting. The customer care guy sitting there is speaking rubbish when we visit for follow up. I visited almost 10 times now. Till now nothing happened. First submitted all documents and they didn’t come back to me. Then I went there and he told some documents missing. The customer care guy checked all documents when I submitted and told everything OK. Again I submitted the required documents and visited after 2 days. They told to pay the amount admin fee. Then asked to take sign from my bank. Then submitted the same. And it is 4 days now no response. I visited today and the customer care guy sitting in U counter was speaking rubbish.

Big Companies . But very Poor telephoned Customer service. 15 min waitting on the call but end up with nuts . Wasting of time .
