The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They don’t reply calls emails and whatsapp messages. They are not on time , lazy stuff and poor services.

Very rude staff. They have different requirements from embassies. If you bring the exact requirements by the embassy but they not what Alfifa "wants", they will not submit your documents to the embassy. They will just take your money and give you back your papers a few days later. They confirmed this to me directly. Customer service is as useless as they are. They say they'll contact you in a few minutes but they won't. They take a very high fee on top of embassy fees. Call the embassy first to check for their fees as i found out they take more than what the embassy says and they add about 200SR on top as their fee. It's much cheaper and easier to apply directly at the embassy, even taking into account gas or train tickets to Riyadh.

Not a good place. Applied visa 2 times but looks like below average. Not organized. Staff seems to be lazy. Better to try some other service if available, This should be last choice.

This office is really nice if everything goes right. But in my case, I had to go over three times to get my appointment ready. The Sudanese gentleman is the only professional in the office. Everyone else is slacking and wants to push your request to the other employee. I will not be coming back.
