I ordered a pair of prescription transitional glasses. I tried the glasses for a week, and the darkness was very low - about 20% ( even my 5 year old transitionals were darker at the same temperature and lighting conditions). When I contacted them, they tried to convince me that it was normal even after they saw my older glasses. they started bulshitting me about how the darkness would get better with time. For the price of 1200 SAR - glass only- you may have tricked me once, but you lost a customer for sure. Never buying from alfa optics ever again. Avoid like the plague if you can.
