Very expensive, they show you an apartment that worth it but when you get yours it's same as the cheap furnished apartments. I've agreed to pay 3500 SAR a month and the fourth month I'll pay 1500 so the calculation will be 3000 a month, however I didn't like the apartment they gave me, asked for the one I've seen they said it's full but then I figured out they keep it empty because it's the show apartment
