Very nice support given by the agent i met, spoke very polite and gave me the right guidance to my query. Very nice service and honesty that makes me rate it 5 star. Only issue is parking during the day i had to go round and round for 35 minutes until i got a parking to walk till the service centre.

Very small place less experience and their job limited to take and can't handle the work for such a reputable company like Apple. Waiting time is long. I don't know how Apple certify them as Authorized Service Provide?!!!
I went to the store today as my MacBook has an issue and Mansour Kalannari was so kind and understanding and he helped me well and explained everything about my device. Also, he called me after almost 2 hours to tell me that my device has been repaired and it's ready to be collected! I'm so thankful for him, I recommend him if you need anything.
Get an appointment in prior or take a walk in appointment but based on the peak hours you may have to wait for your turn Very polite customer service professional who is a Saudi National-Impressive advise & response

I had a very good experience with them as i had a problem with me Macbook Pro device, Mansour Kalanari contacted me from the technical team and he explained the issue clearly then i contact Apple care for the issue and they were very supportive, at the end i received my laptop fixed within 2 days, i'm really happy with the professional, fast & neat service i received from them specially from Mansour's side,
Ridiculous people. They have a customer care email, if we ask any query they will send some robotic copy paste email as reply.
This is about my 3rd time visiting arab computers and as always, my experience has been fantastic. The technician kept me well informed of the diagnosis and repairs and time line for completing the work was spot on. I will higly recommend arab computers for all your apple product worries.
