Minor body work, mostly replacement, but took two weeks. Way too long .. additionally, their service is terrible; waited for over 20 minutes to get the car. And when the car was brought out of the garage, the workshop employee just left the car with the keys in and left without knowing who's the owner or caring to hand it over to the proper recipient. Finally when I complained to the service attendant, Mohammed, he wasn't happy about my complaint and said that he had explain to me everything about the work done to the car and there was no need for someone to hand over the car to me and explain on the car the work done. Such a shame on Abdulatif Jameel for accepting such an attitude in their business .. would highly recommend against dealing with this workshop.

Very bad service. Repair the accident damage, but make scratches on body, improper fitting of hose, didn't fix the dashboard properly. Main thing is, they denied everything. Didn't accept the mistake.

5 stars for the service quality and helpful staff ... I didn't like that no car rent offices around .. there was a desk inside the workshop but the employee is always absent
