I love their Website. All the explanation is very detail. So you’d easily get the idea what to choose and buy. Compare to other online Plant shop in Jeddah, they’re the best. I got disappointed at some points 1) After I’ve made an order it says they’ll let me know about the shipment progress via my Mobile number . I expected they’d either send me an SMS or call me. I gave them my Mobile number. I wondered why they never contacted me till the next few days. By chance and coincidence I opened my old phone which has the Whatsapp number for the Mobile number that I gave them and I found they messaged me on Whatsapp there which I found that it wasn’t Professional. The message was sent about 2 days before I opened that Whatsapp. And anyway that number that I gave them the Whatsapp like super rare active If I opened my Whatsapp on that number a bit earlier I’d have got my orders earlier. So I Believe that they’re actually quite Fast in delivering the Orders 2) And few plants looked dying, like about 2 maybe But I’m here not only complaining and that’s it. No. To be honest I feel more satisfied rather than disappointed. So I’d Love to order again here any sooner
