Professional staff. I became hypotensive during the blood donation, and the nurses did a wonderful job at returning my blood pressure to normal levels. The sandwich and juice they offer after donating taste good.

Unprofessional employees,worset welcoming I've ever seen even though I was doing this for helping others , they refused to give me my last donation report which I donated in the kfsh children's hospital branch, once I finish the donation the requested me to leave immediately without checking if I'm ok or not I was feeling dizzy but I have to leave the place I stayed in my car for 10 min until I can drive , generally it was a bad experience in a large reference like kfsh .

The only problem is that you can't reach them via phone, I have to take a risk and come in weekends or holidays and check by myself to see if they are open or not. You just need to update your information in Google ,answer the phone call or seperad the working hours schedule to the whole employees, so, whenever someone answers, he provide me the information without transferring me and waiting in line.
